| 1. | Set motorcycle upright. See Maintenance → GENERAL. | |
| 2. | Remove top cover. See Chassis → TOP COVER. | |
| 3. | Deactivate electrical system. See Electrical → POWER DISCONNECT. | |
| 4. | Remove battery box. See Electrical → BATTERY BOX. | |
| 5. | Remove front cover. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → FRONT COVER. | |
| 6. | Remove skid plate. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → SKID PLATE. | |
| 7. | Remove lower side covers. See Chassis → SIDE COVERS. | |
| 8. | Remove jiffy stand. See Chassis → JIFFY STAND. | |
| 9. | Remove high-voltage cable cover. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → HIGH-VOLTAGE CABLE COVER. | |
| 10. | Detach left and right footrest from frame. See Chassis → RIDER FOOTRESTS. | |
| 11. | Remove primary cover. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → PRIMARY COVER. | |
| 12. | Loosen tensioner. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → TENSIONER PULLEY AND IDLER SPROCKET. a. Detach belt from primary sprocket. | |
| 13. | Remove coolant pump with bracket. a. Drain coolant. See Maintenance → INSPECT RADIATOR AND COOLANT. b. Remove coolant pump bracket. See Cooling System → COOLANT PUMP. | |
| 14. | Disconnect coolant hoses. See Cooling System → COOLANT HOSES. a. Disconnect powertrain to radiator hose. b. Disconnect powertrain to pump hose. | |
| 15. | Disconnect breather assembly from powertrain. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → BREATHER ASSEMBLY. | |
