1. Remove EVPT stand from powertrain.
2. Check transmission oil level. See Service Transmission Fluid within Install of Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → TRANSMISSION BACK COVER.
3. Install idler bracket. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → TENSIONER PULLEY AND IDLER SPROCKET.
4. Install pivot shaft. See Chassis → REAR FORK.

NOTE
Check breather for oil contamination. If found, replace breather.
Connect breather assembly to powertrain. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → BREATHER ASSEMBLY.
6. Connect coolant hoses. See Cooling System → COOLANT HOSES.
a. Connect powertrain to radiator hose.
b. Connect powertrain to pump hose.
7. Install coolant pump with bracket.
a. Install coolant pump bracket. See Cooling System → COOLANT PUMP.
b. Fill coolant. See Cooling System → COOLANT.
8. Tighten tensioner. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → TENSIONER PULLEY AND IDLER SPROCKET.
a. Attach belt to primary sprocket.
b. Set belt tension.
c. Tighten tensioner.
9. Install primary cover. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → PRIMARY COVER.
10. Install left and right footrest. See Chassis → RIDER FOOTRESTS.
11. Install high-voltage cable cover. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → HIGH-VOLTAGE CABLE COVER.
12. Install jiffy stand. See Chassis → JIFFY STAND.
13. Install lower side covers. See Chassis → SIDE COVERS.
14. Install skid plate. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → SKID PLATE.
15. Install front cover. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → FRONT COVER.
16. Install battery box. See Electrical → BATTERY BOX.
17. Activate electrical system. See Electrical → POWER DISCONNECT.
18. Install top cover. See Chassis → TOP COVER.

NOTE
Update software even if it is at the most recent version. If not, a DTC will set and the ePTC will not operate.
Update ePTC (VSC, MCM) software using DTII.

If not performed, call service will appear on the instrument module and propulsion will be disabled.
Perform module replacement procedure using DT2.
