Prepare

1.	Remove seat. See Chassis → SEAT.
2.	Deactivate electrical system. See Electrical → POWER DISCONNECT.
3.	Remove rear cover. See Chassis → REAR COVER.
4.	Remove inlet side cover. See Chassis → SIDE COVERS.
5.	Drain front brake line. See Chassis → BLEED BRAKES.

Remove

1.	Remove front caliper to ABS module brake line front brake caliper. See Chassis → FRONT BRAKE CALIPER.
2.	Remove front caliper to ABS module brake line from ABS module. See Chassis → ABS MODULE.
3.	See Figure 1. Remove line clips (4).
4.	Remove screws (1).
5.	Remove P-clips and grommets (2).
6.	Remove front brake line (3).

Install

1.	See Figure 1. Install front brake line (3).
2.	Install P-clips and grommets (2).
3.	Install screws (1).
4.	Install line clips (4).
5.	Install front caliper to ABS module brake line from ABS module. See Chassis → ABS MODULE.
6.	Install front caliper to ABS module brake line front brake caliper. See Chassis → FRONT BRAKE CALIPER.

Complete

1.	Activate electrical system. See Electrical → POWER DISCONNECT.
2.	Fill and bleed brakes. See Chassis → BLEED BRAKES.

4.	Install rear cover. See Chassis → REAR COVER.
5.	Install seat. See Chassis → SEAT.
