| 3. | Adjust drive belt. See Electric Vehicle Powertrain (EVPT) → DRIVE BELT. | |
| 4. | Position engine caddy and install screws. See High-Voltage System → VEHICLE INLET. | |
| 5. | Install right side rider foot rest bracket. See Chassis → RIDER FOOTRESTS. | |
| 6. | Install lower motor cover. See Chassis → SIDE COVERS. | |
| 7. | Install radiator. See Cooling System → RADIATOR. | |
| 8. | Connect battery charger to coolant pump hose and battery charger to RESS coolant hose. See Cooling System → COOLANT HOSES. | |
| 9. | Install radiator to battery charger hoses. See Cooling System → COOLANT HOSES. | |
| 10. | Install radiator covers. See Chassis → SIDE COVERS. | |
| 11. | Fill coolant. See Cooling System → COOLANT. | |
| 12. | Connect power receptacle connector. See High-Voltage System → VEHICLE INLET. | |
| 13. | Install bottom pan. See Chassis → BOTTOM PAN. | |
| 14. | Activate electrical system. See Electrical → POWER DISCONNECT. | |
